Watch for big cats as you explore the Southern Serengeti. Here in the south of the park, the savannahs of the Serengeti go on for eternity, with acacia trees and rocky outcrops rising from the plains. Cheetahs are most commonly seen on the plains, with lions and leopards easier to see near the rocks and river valleys.
